Celebrate Spring with our Kids Yoga Class Plan, which includes fun movements inspired by nature like gardens, bees, and rainbows. Through enjoyable poses and breathing exercises, children improve flexibility, mindfulness, and balance while engaging with nature.
This Spring-themed experience supports physical health and emotional wellbeing, allowing kids to joyfully explore their bodies and minds.

Our classes are highly effective to ensure have you feel calm and relaxed after each session through movement (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation/relaxation.

As we age, itβs important to continue physical activity for many reasons.
Yoga is a gentle and a great way for seniors to exercise and achieve wellness such as improving balance and stability, improves flexibility and joint health, build strength, reduces high blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, encourages mindfulness and social connections are just some key benefits.
Our classes are designed to be accessible for everyone no matter your age. Providing you a safe space to explore movement, breath work, mind work and relaxation.
We will adapt the yoga postures to suit the needs for your body.
Kids & Teens Yoga Classes

Our Kids Yoga sessions empower children to develop body awareness, self worth, self control, discipline and resilience through yoga & yoga therapy movements, breath work, mindfulness activities, relaxation, meditation & fun based yoga.
Children are nurtured in a non-competitive environment that teaches them how to let go of the ego and move towards an authentic heart space.
Our classes are run according to the NSW school terms.
Kids Yoga in ECH & School Packages

Yoga and mindfulness offer physical, mental and psychological benefits for children. It is proven that yoga can improve focus, increase memory, boost self-esteem, increase academic performance, improve classroom behaviours, encourage social connection and reduces stress & anxiety in children.
Yoga encourages children to be compassionate, kind & respectful.
We offer term packages (10 weeks blocks) and are run according to the NSW school terms.
Session times can be tailored to suit your centre's/schoolβs needs and typically would include:
Early Childhood Centre:
under 2's - 15 minutes
2-3 year olds β 15-20 minutes
3-5 year olds β 30 minutes
Schools:
Year K~6 - 45 minutes
Year 7 ~12 - 60 minutes
1:1 Packages

Our 1:1 packages for adults & children are tailored to their own specific needs β physically, emotionally and psychologically. It is a program which has proven to have phenomenal results. Each session will focus on Yoga Therapy movements, diet, breath work, mind work, relaxation and meditation.
