I have been a dedicated yogi and practitioner for 15 years. During a particularly stressful period in my life, yoga found its way to me, offering solace and healing. Through consistent practice of yoga and meditation, I have not only learned to manage stress but also build self-esteem, enhance creativity, and discover a profound sense of inner peace within myself.
My deep appreciation of this practice originates from the wisdom found in traditional teachings, coupled with a dedication to ensuring accessibility for all who yearn for solace in the transformative power of Yoga. Rooted in alignment-based vinyasa yoga, my practice and teachings also embrace explorative movement, mental awareness, and the sincere insights of yogic philosophy, offering enriching challenges for both the mind and the body.
After embracing the role of motherhood to my son, I recognise the significance of fostering tools and skills found in yoga for individuals of all ages, enabling them to attain absolute joy, tranquility, and inner serenity.
When I am not on the mat, I will running around with my son, reading (mostly about Yoga and Parenting), baking, and journalling.
