Kids Yoga (5-8 Years)
45 minute session
Our classes are designed to engage children in activities that foster connection between their minds, bodies, and breath. By participating in our sessions, children gain insight into managing their emotions effectively.
We explore a variety of poses, storytelling, creative movements, mindful arts & crafts, collaborative group exercises and ‘quiet time’ with guided relaxation.

Tweens & Teens Yoga (9 - 16 Years)
60 minute session
This soothing 60 minute class is thoughtfully curated to offer your teen a serene space for quieting the mind and grounding themselves in the now. The session encompasses grounding breath exercises, a graceful yoga flow coupled with gentle stretching, culminating in a tranquil guided meditation. Additionally, there will be dedicated moments for personal reflection through journaling or creative expression, fostering self-awareness and mindfulness on a weekly basis.

1. Individualised Regular One-on-One Yoga: Tailored to your needs at a convenient time. We can also organise small group sessions for you and your friends or family.
2. Personal Home Practice Development: We guide you through 2-3 sessions to establish a practice that suits your needs. Follow-up sessions every 3-4 weeks will help address concerns and enhance your practice based on your progress.
Our Private Yoga Sessions are suitable for Children and Adults.
